Disneyland® Park
Since 1955, Orange County has been home to a very famous Mouse. Disneyland®
Park, Mickey Mouse’s kingdom and the crowning jewel of Walt Disney’s

most well-known landmarks of Southern California. The park encompasses more
than 60 major rides, 50 shops and 30 restaurants spanned among eight themed

Disney’s
California Adventure® Park
Disney’s California Adventure® Park in Anaheim just might be
the second happiest place on earth. Located directly across from Disneyland®
Park, Disney's California Adventure® Park squeezes a sampling of the Golden
State’s major attractions like Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier, Gold Rush
country and others, into 55 acres of thrill rides, exhibits, shops, dining and
other entertainment. And each night the park entertains guests with the World
of Color spectacular light and water show.

Downtown
Disney® District
Downtown Disney® District is a 300,000 sq. ft. dining/shopping/entertainment
promenade. It features such flagship entertainment facilities as a House of
Blues®, a 12-screen movie theater and an ESPN Zone®. There are also
15 shops (including the inevitable, and massive, World of Disney Store®),
seven full-service restaurants, and an open-air bar. It’s a fun place
to relax after a busy day at the theme parks.

The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk
The Shops at Anaheim GardenWalk is one of Anaheim's top shopping, entertainment
and dining destinations. Located just steps from Disneyland and a short walk
from the Jolly Roger Anaheim Hotel, this chic and modern outdoor mall is sure
to fulfill all of your shopping and dining needs. Browse a variety of upscale
stores such as Hollister, Sunglass Hut, and O'Neill just to name a few, or grab
a bite at some of the world's top restaurants and eateries such as Bubba Gump
Shrimp Co and P.F. Chang's China Bistro, or enjoy bowling, movies or a workout
at 24 Hour Fitness.

Anaheim
Convention Center
The Anaheim Convention Center is the newest and largest convention center on
the West Coast and one of the largest convention centers in the world. After
three years of expansion and renovation, this new jewel has quickly become known
as a regional architectural landmark. It has centralized towers formed by an
open grid design, which blends into a spectacular curving glass wall facade.
Home to Orange County’s most exciting tradeshows, events and exhibits,
the Anaheim Convention Center is adding new outdoor venue – the Grand
Plaza opens in January 2013

Angels
Stadium
Angels Stadium is home to the 2002 World Champion Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
The stadium was renovated at a total cost estimated at $100 million and the
project was completed in time for the Angels’ Opening Day, April 1, 1998.
Angels Stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 45,050 and the open-air
stadium benefits from the beautiful Orange County weather.

Honda
Center
As one of Southern California’s premier entertainment and sports venues,
Honda Center hosts a variety of first-class events each year including concerts,
sporting events and family shows. The 650,000 sq. ft. arena is home to the NHL
Anaheim Ducks as well as the prestigious John R. Wooden Classic. Annual events
include the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, the World Wrestling
Entertainment and the Harlem Globetrotters.

Medieval Times
Medieval Times California is a 70,000 sq.ft. castle located on seven acres in
Buena Park. Offering shows 365 days a year, the European-style castle features
a soaring tower, elaborately decorated Hall of Arms, the Knight Club, an outdoor
courtyard, an extensive gift shop, Museum of Torture and an indoor stable area
where guests can view some of the castle's horses as they prepare for each evening

Discovery Science
Center
Imaginations twist and fly through more than 100 hands-on exhibits at Discovery
Science Center in Santa Ana. Exhibits include Virtual Volleyball, a Bed of Nails,
a Shake Shack and Dino Quest. Discovery Science Center has partnered with the
Anaheim Ducks to showcase The Science of Hockey, a permanent exhibition that
explores physics, physiology and flying pucks! Open daily 10am-5pm.

Catalina Island
Time seems to slow down here. Enjoy crystal clear waters, sunlit beaches and
the relaxing sensation of “island time." Rent a golf cart or explore
quaint shops, dining and a historical casino in the City of Avalon. You may
even spot a buffalo on the bus ride across the island to the village of Two
Harbors.

Bolsa Chica State
Beach and Ecological Reserve
“Bolsa Chica” means “little pocket” in Spanish, as the
area was once part of a historic Spanish land grant. The beach is the spot folks
come for surf fishing for everything from perch to sand shark. Keep an eye out
for the unique sport of barehanded fishing for California grunion.

Ocean Institute,
Dana Point
The Ocean Institute is nationally known for its marine science, environmental
education and history programs. Weekends are your chance to explore ocean science
when the Ocean Institute opens to the public.

International
Surfing Museum
The International Surfing Museum, located in Huntington Beach, is home to a
collection of some of the everyday artifacts in the history of surfing.

Pacific Marine
Mammal Center
Have fun observing and learning about California Northern elephant seals, harbor
seals and sea lions. This nonprofit organization, medically treat and rehabilitate,
then release marine mammals stranded along Orange County's coastline. Admission
is free.

Mission San Juan
Capistrano
Experience culture and history in many ways - from audio tours, to educational
tour booklets, fun exhibits and historical reenactments.

Crystal
Cove State Park
Breathtaking! Three miles of Pacific coastline, plus wooded canyons, open bluffs,
and offshore waters designated as an underwater park. Crystal Cove State Park
has an amazing feeling of being “away from it all” despite being
so near to one of the largest populated centers in the United States.

1,000
Steps Beach
If the local residents had it their way, this spot would remain only for those
in-the-know. It offers a friendly, cool beach scene of surfing and volleyball
accessible via a steep set of stairs. There aren’t really 1,000 steps,
but actually about 230 steps that feel like 1,000 given their steep nature.

Blake Gallery
This nationally and internationally acclaimed gallery opened in 1993 with a
philosophy that a gallery shouldn’t just be about retail. It specializes
in showcasing the contemporary and modern works by established and talented
emerging California artists. Exhibits rotate monthly.
