Q. Is there a penalty charge if I cancel my online reservation?
A. If you cancel your reservation before 3 pm the day before you arrive, there is no penalty charge for cancelling. If you cancel after 3pm the day before for arrival, you may be charged the first night's room rate plus tax.
Q. Is my credit card charged when I make an online reservation?
A. Your credit card is NOT charged when you make a reservation. It is simply requested in order to guarantee your room. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will have the option to pay however you want.
Q. Is making reservations online safe?
A. When making a reservation with www.portofinoinnanaheim.com, you are booking with the hotel's OFFICIAL SITE. That means you are booking directly with the hotel, and the hotel's booking engine. We use a secure, encrypted page that is designed to protect all your information.
Q. How do I purchase Disneyland Tickets?
A. You can simply call the hotel and ask them to reserve the tickets you need or you can just show up and ask to buy them at the front desk. The hotel always has extra discounted tickets for its guests.
Q. What's the lowest price I can get a room for?
A. Our E-Specials are always the best rate you can get at our hotel. See E-Specials page.
A. One option is to walk about one block's distance to the main entrance. The other option is to use the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) which stops at the hotel to pick up guests and take them to Disneyland. ART is also available to pick guests up from Disneyland and bring them back. There is room for strollers on ART.
Q. How much does the Anaheim Resort Transit Cost?
A. ART costs $4 per day per adult; children ages 9 and under $1 per day.
Q. What about a shuttle to and from the Airport?
A. Our hotel works with a company called Super Shuttle. Rates vary according to which airport you are arriving at and how many people are with you. You may have to make a reservation, so call ahead of time.

Q. What's the difference between reserving a room on www.jollyrogerhotel.com and reserving a room on Expedia or Hotels.com?
A. When you reserve a room with www.jollyrogerhotel.com, you reserve with the hotel directly and your reservation is processed immediately. The booking number you recieve in your email is the booking number the hotel has. When you reserve with a third party, such as Expedia or Hotels.com, your reservation must get processed with them first and then get processed with the hotel itself. In order to cancel, you must cancel with the third party, not the hotel.
